Vinous Stephen Tanzer - 01 Jan 15
Healthy deep red. Scintillating high-pitched aromas of cranberry, rose petal and blood orange. Sweet, sappy and pliant on the palate, with terrific cut to its urgent flavors of cranberry, pomegranate, spices and flowers. The aromatic, extremely primary finish displays excellent grip and rising length.

Chambolle-Musigny

Chambolle-Musigny, a prestigious appellation in Burgundy's Côte de Nuits, is renowned for its elegant, aromatic Pinot Noir wines. Known for their finesse and complex aromas of red berries, violets, and earth, these wines are often described as the most "feminine" of Burgundy. The appellation's two Grand Cru vineyards, Bonnes Mares and Musigny, produce highly sought-after wines with depth and ageing potential. Notable producers include Domaine Comte Georges de Vogüé, Domaine Georges Roumier, and Domaine Jacques-Frédéric Mugnier, all celebrated for their refined winemaking.
